King's Bench and Exchequer reports, 1605-1625.

Contains reports of the King's Bench from three sources formerly separate: I. Lane's Reports in the Exchequer, Mich. 3 to Mich. 11 Jac. I (1605-1613), fo. 1-84; II. Reports in the King's Bench, Pas. 7 to Mich. 8 Jac. I (1609-1610), fo. 85-108. The first case is Hunt v. Maio. A smaller portion of the reports which occur in HLS MS 1180, breaks off in the report of Curtis v. Ashworth; III. Rolle's Reports in the King's Bench, Pas. 13 to Hil. 22 Jac. I (1615-1625), fo. 109-427. Corresponds with 1 Rolle Rep. 151 to end of 2 Rolle Reports. At the top of fo. 21 (Trin. 14 Jac. I) is the note, 'Vide in mon cosin Finches book, for from fo. 306 to 364 in this book is omitted here.'
